WEBB RESIDENCE

Alexander Elias Architecture was commissioned to complete a major residential project when the original architect was unable to continue. The project consists of a large dwelling, and 1 acre of site improvements including a pool, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, a fire pit and trellis. Services provided included revising and completing the design and construction documents, providing extensive interior design services, designing external site improvements (bridges, walls, fences, walkways, cabana), managing multiple permit processes and construction administration. We also had to value engineer the project. This involves reducing the budget of the project without reducing its size and scope.
