Aequitas Wealth Management

Alexander Elias Architecture was hired to design a new office building for a boutique wealth management firm in Los Angeles. The building is a single-tenant facility consisting of offices, conference rooms, and supporting spaces. At the owner's request, the design was inspired by the mid-century modern residential architecture native to southern California.
